I work as a guide in your life journey, to help navigate challenges, consider alternate routes, and enjoy the adventure. I believe perfection is a mirage, it is beautiful to be human, and inner peace can lead to joy. While we travel together, I help you listen to your mind, body and heart, find harmony and become a whole you. I believe my extensive life experiences, as immigrant, engineer, wife, mother, coach, and empty nester, help me empathize with my diverse clients and support their struggles. I work with individuals, couples, and families, specializing in life stage adjustments, such as becoming an adult, committed relationships, parenting, separating, retiring, grieving losses. I focus on building a safe space together, adding perspectives to enrich the experience of each stage, and healing through empathy and care.
